Under ISO’s strategic programme Customer Matters we are launching a series of workshops dedicated to standard users’ needs.
Our main goal is to establish a permanent channel of communication - a forum - to meet Customers and learn more about their current experiences, challenges and future expectations around standardization.
We are keen to explore a variety of customer needs by regions, types of needs, audiences, and walk Customer journeys together. After doing so, we aim to improve and evolve through the smooth incorporation of users’ needs into ISO’s current projects, programmes and operational processes.
We are looking forward to this exciting collaboration.
